The College of Law at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, organized a documentary exhibition depicting the horrific crimes committed against the Iraqi people.
The exhibition, which was inaugurated by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaker Salman; the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Jassim Al-Maamouri; and the Director of the Center for Thought and Creativity at the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, Mr. Mohammed Al-Araji, included more than 50 paintings and photographs documenting the sacrifices made by the martyrs in confronting the former regime and the Speicher massacre. It also featured official documents, books on executions, and documents related to mass graves.
The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ahmed Shaker Salman, stated, “Holding this exhibition is part of our gratitude for the blood of the martyrs. It contributes to strengthening community awareness of the dangers of terrorism and extremism, educating new generations about the realities of the past, and ensuring that such crimes are not repeated in the future.”
